Ingredients:

• 1 Yule log or white candle

• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

• 1 tablespoon dried pine needles (or a sprig of fresh pine)

• A small bowl of salt (for purification)

• A piece of parchment paper or a small notebook

• A pen or marker

• Optional: Crystals (like citrine or clear quartz) for amplification

Directions:
